Curva’s 36-inch range offers five all brass burners and cooking power that varies from simmer to sear with a powerful 18,000 BTU dual burner. The larger 48-inch range option will add two additional burners and a coveted independent second oven that has full multi-function and convection capabilities. The LP Conversion Kit is always included, and the oven(s) will offer nine programmable settings including a pizza function, defrost, true European convection and more for perfectly cooked results.
